What are the Butr Candle care instructions?
- Trim your wicks before you burn
- To maintain an even burn, allow your candle to burn no less than a few hours at a time
- Never leave candles unattended
- Keep away from children, pets and anything that could be flammable
- For best results, use a snuffer to put out candle flames
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email support@butrcandles.com within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. If your candle has been burned, we are unable to accept your return for exchange. We do not offer refunds.
